Role Description
This is a hybrid on-site role for a Customer Service Logistics Specialist, located in Virginia Beach, VA. The specialist will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of transportation and warehouse activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction through effective support, managing administrative tasks such as invoicing and logistics documentation, and handling inquiries and requests professionally. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
