Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and polish glass according to specifications and project requirements.
- Operate glass fabrication machinery with a focus on safety and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to glass fabrication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in glass fabrication is a plus.
- Previous experience in glass fabrication or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in operating hand tools and machinery related to glass work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
