We are seeking a dependable, personable, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to support our growing suburban real estate office. This role will work closely with the Broker/Owner and play a key part in keeping the office organized, supporting transactions, interacting with customers and agents, and helping strengthen the company’s brand through social media and marketing updates.
This is an onsite position for someone who enjoys both administrative work and creative marketing support.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with the Broker/Owner to support daily office operations
- Assist with transaction management and administrative follow-up
- Communicate professionally with customers, agents, and internal contacts
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
- Create and post company branding and social media updates 2–3 times per week
- Support marketing efforts and general business growth initiatives
- Prepare, update, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for day-to-day tasks
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of office administration experience required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional
- Reliable, organized, and dedicated to helping the business grow
- Comfortable interacting with customers and agents in a professional office setting
- Prior real estate experience is not required
Preferred background
- Experience with social media, branding, or marketing support
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative content updates
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ideal candidate
