Heartland Consulting is recruiting a Budget Analyst (Subject Matter Expert) to manage financial aspects of DHA MST PMO programs, ensuring efficient resourcing for medical simulation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (aligned with PWS 5.4)
- Develop IGCE, ROM, and POE cost estimates.
- Track budgets, obligations, and expenditures in GFEBS; prepare reports and UFRs.
- Support financial planning and justification aligned with DHA priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of DoD financial management experience.
- Familiarity with GFEBS and DoD budget processes.
- Eligible for CAC.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with acquisition programs or medical readiness funding.
Location & Travel
- Primarily telework with occasional on-site in Falls Church, VA or Orlando, FL area.
- Travel: Occasional (up to 10%), as needed.
