Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
- Search and review resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct short pre-screen calls or messages with candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for the recruiting team
- Maintain accurate candidate information in our tracking system
- Assist with ongoing recruiting and sourcing projects
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using computers, online job boards, and LinkedIn
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
- Experience in customer service, sales, or office work is helpful but not required
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
