This long-term contract position involves assisting customers with housing waitlist applications, managing physical documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding service and have a strong background in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding housing waitlist inquiries and application processes.
• Collect physical documents from customers and ensure proper organization and storage.
• Update and maintain company databases with accurate and timely information.
• Scan, file, and manage documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support team operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update records and reports.
• Ensure all interactions align with company policies and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing solutions.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
