Join our team as a Production Operator specializing in soldering parts for circuit boards used in a variety of electronic products. Your expertise in soldering will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Solder parts for circuit boards with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with assembly of products in various areas as needed.
- Consistently follow digital guidebooks and work instructions.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance tasks to maintain product standards.
- Utilize basic computer programs for everyday operations.
Essential Skills
- Recent soldering experience, including SMT and thru-hole.
- Proven reliability in attendance.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft and Google suite.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a stationary workstation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production/manufacturing environments.
- Skills in quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with hand tools, general production, picking, and packaging.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
