The EMT/Health & Wellness Specialist helps safeguard the health and safety of our jobsite teams. In this role, you’ll focus on preventing injuries, delivering on-site medical care, and collaborating closely with clinical partners. This position offers the chance to work autonomously in the field while remaining connected to a strong and supportive clinical network. This position will be hands-on in the field at one of our construction projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, deliver first aid, and carry out treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed doctor.
- Contribute to effective case management through follow-up care, referrals, and coordination of ongoing treatment.
- Build and maintain positive, reliable relationships with patients, site employees, and healthcare partners to promote clear communication and quality care.
- Drive proactive health and safety efforts through warm-up/stretch programs and ergonomic best-practice coaching.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient encounters.
- Oversee the readiness of the on-site clinic by keeping the space clean, orderly, and stocked with required medical supplies.
- Partner with site safety teams to support orientations, training sessions, and other workplace safety activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned (these will primarily be programmatic in nature).
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Education: High school or equivalent.
- Certifications: BLS, CPR, First Aid required. EMT/NREMT preferred.
- 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field experience.
- Adaptable with ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments.
- Customer-focused, a strong communicator and team player.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Work is performed in an office environment and in the field.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift 20 to 50 pounds.
