About the Role
United Bags is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support customers, assist the sales team, and help keep internal processes running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and making sure important details are handled accurately and on time.

In this role, you will communicate with customers and internal teams, support account and order activity, maintain accurate system records, and help ensure timely follow-up across departments. You will play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day sales operations. This revised version keeps the original structure and company positioning while broadening the appeal of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone and email
  • Support customer accounts, quotes, orders, and related sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Track customer requests, account updates, and support items with strong attention to detail
  • Use Excel and Microsoft Office to manage reports, updates, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provide general support to the sales team and help maintain a smooth customer experience
  • Ensure information is accurate and up to date across systems

Required Qualifications

  • Experience communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Experience supporting orders, quotes, accounts, or related customer or sales processes
  • Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams to complete work and resolve issues
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
  • Background in customer service, sales support, account coordination, sales support, or administrative support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
