Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Elizabethtown, PA, to hire a Long-Term Substitute High School Counselor for the upcoming fall semester. This role will begin in September and continue through mid-January, providing coverage during a leave of absence.

Position Details:

• Role: High School Counselor (Long-Term Substitute)

• Location: Elizabethtown, PA

• Schedule: Full-time, school hours

• Duration: September through mid-January

• Responsibilities include providing academic, social/emotional, and college/career counseling to high school students

Qualifications:

• Valid PA School Counselor Certification (Level I or II)

• Previous experience in a high school counseling role preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based employment
