Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.

Analyze production costs and prepare detailed cost reports to support financial planning and forecasting.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize cost efficiency and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA preferred.

Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience
-
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost accounting software and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
