Instructional Aide Opportunities Per Diem, School-Based Support
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

Flexible per diem roles are available for compassionate Instructional Aides to provide 1:1 support to students in school settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally within classroom environments
• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by educators
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active engagement in lessons
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidelines when applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Clearances must be up to date or obtained before beginning work

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and able to collaborate effectively with staff
