We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team. This is a key role that supports the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Human Resources:
- Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and manage benefits administration.
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and internal policy updates.
- Benefit administration.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees’ questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to hotel leadership and staff.
- Manage multilocation communications and document organization.
- Assist with vendor coordination and office supply management.
Light Accounting:
- Support accounts payable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Human Resource certification
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Paylocity workflow is required.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
