What You Will Do:
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
- Manage patient flow and oversee overall clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
- Support, train, mentor, and supervise Front- and Back-Office staff, volunteers, and students, including cross-training staff.
- Ensure providers are supported by qualified clinical personnel and staff practice within their scope.
- Manage clinical and office materials, supplies, equipment, and EHR systems for efficient operations.
- Monitor payroll, staff schedules, provider templates, and timecards to ensure accurate tracking and efficiency.
- Coordinate clinical duties to maintain high-quality patient care and positive employee engagement.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-up calls in coordination with the Director of Medical Operations.
- Prepare the clinic for audits and maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and staff training/certifications.
- Conduct staff meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews; provide coaching as needed.
- Oversee special programs (EWC, CHDP) and ensure required documentation and compliance.
- Represent the organization in the community and participate in organizational initiatives and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including backup coverage for staff positions as needed.

Eligibility: Benefits are available to employees working 30+ hours per week, effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Compensation Disclosure: $99,225.00 - $114,108.75
The compensation range listed reflects Elica’s good-faith estimate of the anticipated hiring range for this position in accordance with California pay transparency requirements. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and qualification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
- Knowledge in healthcare operations and technologies
- Excellence in conflict management and problem solving
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to maintain records and files
- Knowledge of modern office equipment
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Current CPR certification required
- Training and HIPAA knowledge is a must
Additional Requirements
- Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
The work environment is characteristic of the healthcare facility environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or lift. The employee is also required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderately loud; the incumbent must be able to focus in an environment with many distractions.
