Fluker Farms is seeking a full-timeInside Sales Manager to support and grow key customer accounts while helping oversee customer service and the overall customer experience across sales channels. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
- Manage inside sales activities for assigned accounts and sales channels.
- Own and manage customer portals, including Retail Link, Amazon, Petco, PetSmart, and other retailer or marketplace systems.
- Assist in maintenance of product listings, pricing, order flow, and account details within customer portals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders, promotions, deductions, and account requirements are handled accurately and on time.
- Oversee customer service performance to ensure customer needs are handled promptly and to satisfaction.
- Address escalated or problematic customer issues and help resolve them in a professional and timely manner.
- Partner with the e-commerce team to ensure the customer experience across digital channels is strong, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
- Manage pricing on the direct-to-consumer website and for dropship vendor accounts.
- Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and channel issues, and recommend improvements where needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management regarding account updates, service concerns, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to sales activity, pricing, customer issues, and account performance.
- Demonstrate professionalism, urgency, and strong follow-through in all customer-facing and internal responsibilities.

Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or related field
- Experience working with major retail or marketplace portals preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- E-commerce, pricing, or digital sales support experience preferred
- Ability to manage customer issues with professionalism and sound judgment
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
