We are seeking an Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Responsibilities:

<li>Manage and improve operational practices and performance</li>
<li>Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines</li>
<li>Track and forecast operational trends and analysis</li>
<li>Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams</li>
<li>Ensure regulatory compliance and formalize policies and procedures accordingly</li>
<li>Maintain customer service and quality control standards</li>
<li>Investigate incidents and correct substandard conditions</li>
<li>Develop and implement business strategies</li>
<li>Supervise staff and provide training</li>
<li>Conduct inspections and audits</li>
<li>Prepare reports for senior management</li>

​Qualifications:

<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, quality or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong management, leadership, and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Flexible</li>
<li>Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs</li>
