Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (0-2 years experience) who is looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
This role will provide day-to-day administrative support, assist with office operations, and serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams including project managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to engineering and project management teams
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing general office logistics
- Support internal communication across teams including project managers and principals
- Help maintain organized documentation, files, and office systems
- Assist with general office operations, including supplies, coordination, and ad hoc requests
- Partner closely with senior administrative staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of administrative, office support, or related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable interacting with multiple internal teams in a professional environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience supporting technical, engineering, or project-based teams
- Exposure to a professional services or engineering environment

- This position is open due to team changes and anticipated growth
- Opportunity to work closely with senior administrative leadership and expand responsibilities over time
- Interview process includes an initial virtual screen followed by an onsite meeting with the team
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
