Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Youth Development Professional (Afternoons)We’re looking for a motivated Youth Development Professional to help organize and implement a variety of fun, instructional, and competitive activities for youth in grades K–12. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and promoting teamwork through engaging programs.Key Responsibilities:

<li>Plan and lead activities that are enjoyable, educational, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Support and encourage participation to build skills and confidence</li>
<li>Initiate new program ideas with approval from the Program/Teen Coordinator</li>
<li>Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all participants</li>
</ul>
Schedule &amp; Pay:
<ul>
<li>Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm</li>
<li>Pay: $14 per hour</li>
