Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Spokane area, you'll play an essential role in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing specialized therapy to students with speech and language needs—all while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students exhibiting speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and needs.
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of student evaluations, therapy, and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, coordinated services.
  • Offer guidance and education to families, fostering involvement in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited institution).
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
