Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking a Structural Welder for a client in Phoenix, AZ. The client is a structural steel erection company offering services including structural steel fabrication, machinery and plant moving, trucking and rigging, and industrial piping.
Responsibilities:

Operate welding equipment, forklifts, plasma programming, and other machinery.

Ensure the safe operation of equipment and maintain the yard area.

Assist in meeting production objectives.

Maintain shop tools and machinery.

Collaborate with the shop foreman to complete assigned work.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
3-5+ years of experience in MIG, FCAW, SMAW, and structural welding.

Current welding certification: AWS/Certified Weld Inspector preferred.

Working knowledge of welding methods, procedures, and quality control.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding using steel metals.

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, climb, and carry objects with ease.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
