Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and manage project teams including Superintendents and field staff
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting regulations
- Maintain detailed records, especially for federally or state-funded projects
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects over $5M
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Extensive field experience is a plus
Work Environment:
- Office and field-based work with exposure to construction site conditions
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Occasional travel required
- Remote work up to 20%
