We specialize in helping families escape deceptive and predatory contracts—and we’re looking for a confident and motivated Inside Sales Closer to join our high-performing team.

Position: Inside Sales CloserLocation: On-site in Tampa, FL
Schedule: Full-time + Some Saturday's
Pay: $850 per week + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

What You’ll Do

• Speak with warm leads who’ve already expressed interest in our services
  
  
• Clearly communicate how EZ Advocates can help and close the deal
  
  
• Follow up, build trust, and manage your sales pipeline
  
  
• Keep records updated in our CRM
  
  
• Collaborate with a motivated team and hit or exceed your goals
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous inside sales or phone sales experience
  
  
• Strong closer with persuasive, people-first communication
  
  
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  
  
• A positive attitude and team player mentality
  
  
• Excellent time management, listening, and follow-up skills
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Major plus if bilingual (english/spanish)
