Position Overview

Tuckernuck is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing Team. This role serves as the operational backbone of our customer retention effortsensuring campaigns, reporting, and assets are delivered with accuracy and efficiency. The Retention Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing the execution of our email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Success in this position requires strong organizational and project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative, bringing to life engaging, data-driven campaigns that connect with our audience, drive loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.


Core Responsibilities

  • Email & SMS Execution: Build, test, and deploy email and SMS channels. Ensure tracking links, segmentation, and creative are correct pre-send.
  • Reporting & Recaps: Compile weekly and monthly retention reports, including screenshots, KPIs, and highlights for retention campaigns. Keep clear records of testing results and clearly communicate performance metrics.
  • Calendar & Workflow Management: Maintain the marketing calendar and project manage promotions. Track deliverables and deadlines for retention campaigns, hold appropriate teams accountable for meeting deadlines.
  • Creative & Asset Coordination: Brief the Design and Editing teams on creative requests, facilitate feedback, and manage creative project handoffs between Marketing, Design, and Copy teams. Organize all briefs and final assets.
  • Loyalty & Direct Mail Support: Assist with loyalty data tracking, mailer updates, and coordination with external vendors.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relative experience

  • Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and practices to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.
