We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join a full-service facilities maintenance company providing comprehensive solutions across California, Washington, and Oregon. We proudly support retailers, financial institutions, restaurants, and government agencies with reliable, end-to-end facilities maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys coordinating people and schedules, and takes pride in keeping daily operations running efficiently and smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians and drivers, managing daily schedules and real-time route changes
- Monitor job progress and adjust assignments to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient service delivery
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing clear updates and excellent customer service
- Create, manage, and close work orders, including quoting and invoicing with accuracy
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email regarding ETAs, updates, and follow-ups
- Resolve same-day changes and escalations while keeping teams and customers informed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong experience coordinating technicians, drivers, or delivery teams
- Proficiency with dispatching platforms such as ServiceTitan, Procore, FieldEdge, or similar) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in fast-paced or changing situations

SCHEDULE
o Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm
o On call - Weekends as needed
WORK LOCATION
o In-person at Ontario, CA office
