About the Team

Visions embedded teams work onsite supporting their client with a variety of services, including move management, event support, space and occupancy planning and more. Team members are uniquely positioned to work within their clients systems and processes, while delivering the excellent service and results that are emblematic of Visions. About the Role

The Campus Re-Stack Project Manager will provide program-level coordination and project management support for Genentechs 2026 Campus Re-Stack initiative, a multi-phase effort to optimize campus occupancy, consolidate teams, and prepare for multiple construction projects.

This role ensures that move sequencing, space readiness, and project dependencies are accurately tracked and communicated across all stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and confident leading through complexity and bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to a dynamic, campus-wide transformation.

This position is essential to the success of the 2026 Campus Re-Stack and other workplace initiatives.

Position Goals -

Responsibilities



Program Coordination & Tracking

  • Maintain and continuously update the Campus Migration Plan, ensuring accuracy of key milestones, move projects, and dependencies across buildings and teams
  • Lead weekly
    Planner/Move Team Tuesday meetings including agenda creation, meeting notes, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Client Squads, Space Planners, Move Coordinators, Workforce Services, and Design & Construction to align sequencing, dependencies, and readiness
  • Proactively identify risks to schedules, occupancy readiness, and interdependencies
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation to communicate progress and highlight key issues



Re-Stack Execution & Readiness

  • Gather, consolidate, and maintain the comprehensive Re-Stack scope of work across all impacted buildings and client groups
  • Partner with Design & Construction Project Managers to coordinate space readiness activities, including cleanup, reconfiguration, signage, and minor construction
  • Track readiness deliverables across multiple sites (e.g., B6, B20, B32, B35, and the Triplex)
  • Support scope validation and phasing discussions to ensure unified readiness planning
  • Translate occupancy and adjacency plans into actionable move and restack sequences
  • Coordinate the timing of group moves and renovation readiness across construction, furniture, IT, and operations
  • Support smooth, low-disruption transitions for business units relocating during the restack

  • Maintain accurate occupancy and move data in
    CAFM systems (e.g., Archibus)



Stakeholder Communication & Governance



  • Prepare key summaries, decision logs, and milestone updates for governance forums
  • Coordinate with Client Squads, Communications Leads, MAC, and Building Managers to ensure clear, timely communication and impacted departments
  • Partner with CSP and DSP Systems teams to maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity



About You

You are an experienced project manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You balance structure and flexibility, bring strong communication skills to every interaction, and are passionate about creating order through process and planning. Youre collaborative, confident leading diverse stakeholder groups, and take pride in helping large initiatives move forward smoothly and successfully.

Requirements -

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, space planning, or move coordination, ideally supporting large-scale campus restacks, consolidations, or occupancy transitions
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management training preferred

Qualifications/Skills

  • Highly organized and proactive, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence leading cross-functional meetings
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and prioritize in dynamic environments
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Monday.com and CAFM systems
  • Familiarty with Tableau dashboards, space/utilization data and move analytics


This is a limited-term assignment aligned with a Re-Stack project expected to run through Q1 2027 with the potential for extension.
