Sena Technologies is looking for a dynamic and talented Video Editor / Production Assistant to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Studio Production
- Film product-focused videos in a controlled studio setting
- Operate professional camera systems including: Sony FX3 / Sony A7R5
- Shoot in 4K using manual camera settings Sena Technologies,
- Set up and manage basic 3-point lighting
- Work effectively with on-camera talent
- Capture clean, professional audio
● Pre-Production
- Script YouTube and internal product videos
- Break scripts into structured scenes
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical fact-checking
- Learn and understand our highly technical products to ensure content accuracy
● Post-Production
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (16:9)
- Create vertical content for social media platforms
- Edit voiceovers, dialogue, and music
- Perform basic audio mixing
- Add transitions, text, and motion graphics
- Basic animation and graphics- a plus if you have experience in this area.
- Design professional YouTube thumbnails
Qualifications:
- Extreme proficiency with the following programs: o Premiere Pro o Photoshop o After Effects o Davinci Resolve for Color Grading Log footage o Have a valid driver’s license Skills and Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Stay up to date with Social media trends and techniques
- Maintaining and organizing multiple projects ensure an efficient editing workflow to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated
- Highly trainable and open to feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for video editing and production
- Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience running a personal YouTube channel
- Self-motivated with growth mindset
- Experience creating content even outside of paid work
- Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects)
