About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team.

Overview: The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within the company's systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into various databases and systems.

  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity.

  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and input necessary information.

  • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

  • Familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
