Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Event Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in organizing, executing, and supporting events that align with our company’s objectives. Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute events, including coordinating logistics, communicating plans, and supporting on-site operations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through proactive outreach and follow-up communication.
• Manage schedules, track event metrics, and maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth event execution while staying within budget.
• Support team efforts by contributing to marketing initiatives and other organizational projects.
• Address and resolve event-related issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Facilitate guest check-in and provide assistance to visitors during events.
• Coordinate on-site activities to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in event coordination and logistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
