Now Hiring: Client Support Associate – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Division
Location: 100% Onsite | St. Cloud, MN
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM | OT potential up to 5 hrs/week
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to convert
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support legal, financial, and compliance services across a global client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned leader in information services!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process document searches, filings, and retrievals at all jurisdictional levels
- Serve as the point of contact for internal/external customers and vendors
- Troubleshoot order issues and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
- Train clients and team members on services and jurisdictional requirements
- Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Background in UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, or commercial title/abstracting preferred
- Strong MS Office and data entry skills
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work occasional OT as needed
