Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with patients to ensure they're getting the best care possible. Our ideal candidate holds a current LMHC, LISW, LMFT (or temporary licensure) and has 1-3 years of experience counseling mental health patients. Compensation:

$72,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
• Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
• Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care
• Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need

Qualifications:

• State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
• 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required
