About the Role
We’re seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, care, and professionalism. You’ll act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, helping drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients

  • Proactively manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and solutions

  • Coordinate internal resources to support client goals and resolve concerns

  • Track and manage client information, feedback, and updates using CRM systems

  • Monitor client satisfaction and suggest process improvements to enhance experience

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and facilitating smooth hand-offs to service teams

  • Support client engagement efforts, retention strategies, and relationship development

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + performance-based bonuses)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts

  • A client-first mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Experience in client services, customer success, or relationship management is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client tracking systems

  • Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (training and support available)
