We are seeking experienced candidates with management experience, awesome attitudes, and a great work ethic to fulfill our role as a part-time assistant manager!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Managing and overseeing not only a front-of-house team, but also the back-of-house team during a shift
- Enforce sanitary practices
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Opening/Closing the restaurant
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances, professionally
- Handling the waitstaff's shift reports and paying them out/take in cash payments while keeping cash organized
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
