This long-term position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits are available after permanent hire, including insurance, PTO, and holiday pay.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is properly serviced.
  • Process expense reports and arrange extensive travel accommodations.
  • Perform invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting duties.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
  • Create tracking reports, presentations, and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets.
  • Support HR functions, including employee communications and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform mail merges and assist other departments with administrative needs.
  • Troubleshoot minor IT and technology issues or coordinate with IT support as necessary.
