Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support invoice processing for a company in the property management industry here in Boulder. This role handles vendor invoices, coding, data entry, and documentation while working within established approval processes.

Key Duties:
Process and code vendor invoices
Verify accuracy and required documentation
Enter invoices and maintain records
Prepare payment batches for approval
Communicate with vendors on invoice status
Track utilities, insurance, and HOA invoices
Assist with 1099s and vendor setup

Requirements:
2+ years AP experience
Strong attention to detail
Excel and accounting system experience
