Job Description Summary CAVE SPRING UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Weekday Preschool seeks a caring, kind, loving individual to join our staff. Must have a heart for caring for children and a passion for early childhood education. This position will have a minimum of 30 hours, up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Duties Duties to include, but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Interacting with children and their parents in a positive and energetic manner</li>
<li>Follow the curriculum completely each day</li>
<li>Monitor the children's safety at all times</li>
<li>Enforce rules and policies</li>
<li>Maintain a neat and clean classroom</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other staff members</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Be at least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Have experience caring for young children</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, sit on the floor, etc.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass fingerprint and CPS background checks</li>
<li>Have the ability to remain responsible at all times for the supervision of children </li>
<li> Work cooperatively with a team</li>
</ul>
