• Benefits Eligibility: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and referral bonus program Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Sandblaster Operator to support manufacturing operations in the production of inflatable or swellable packers and other downhole tools. This role is responsible for performing sandblasting operations, preparing metal components according to engineering prints, and ensuring materials meet quality and traceability standards.The ideal candidate has hands-on sandblasting experience, the ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency.Responsibilities• Perform sandblasting operations associated with the production of downhole tools.
• Operate sandblasting equipment, blast booth, lifting devices, and overhead crane according to company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Prepare metal parts by sandblasting specific areas per engineering prints.
• Apply bonding agents on tools where indicated per specifications.
• Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up materials from surfaces.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and written process procedures.
• Read and follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain labor and material traceability documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Complete electronic labor reporting and job progress scanning.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Follow OSHA regulations, safety procedures, MSDS, and HMIS labeling requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Electronic labor reporting systemsQualifications and Requirements• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately (required).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in sandblasting operations (required).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical school certificate preferred and/or 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing or sandblasting.
• Prior assembly or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including algebra, geometry, percentages, area, circumference, and volume calculations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.Physical Requirements• Regularly required to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands to handle tools and materials.
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work with heavy parts and bulky subassemblies.
• Must have close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment• Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, vibration, and risk of electrical shock.
