Bee Ready Rentals is a growing event rental company serving Northern Utah. We provide tables, chairs, tents, games, speakers, and other equipment for weddings, parties, corporate events, and community gatherings. We take pride in delivering a great experience to every customer.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join us for our busy season and help keep our warehouse running smoothly.
This is a seasonal part-time position. Our peak season runs from March through October. Hours may slow significantly or the position may conclude after October depending on business volume. The right person could absolutely grow with us long-term as the business expands.
Schedule
Typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00–1:00 PM Approximately 20–25 hours per week Additional hours might be available during peak periods Potential to grow into a year-round or full-time role
Responsibilities
Clean, inspect, and maintain rental equipment after each use Organize and restock warehouse inventory Load and unload tables, chairs, tents, and event equipment Prepare and stage orders for upcoming events Assist customers with pickups and returns in a friendly, professional manner Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We Are Looking For
Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly throughout a shift Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a warehouse environment Friendly and professional when interacting with customers Reliable transportation and consistent attendance, this is our top priority Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently No prior warehouse or event experience required, we will train the right person
