Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (consistent and predictable)
Your Role as a BCBA
- Lead daily case management tasks, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
- Provide direct and indirect ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention.
- Conduct data analysis, evaluations, treatment planning, and essential documentation.
- Collaborate with families and cross-disciplinary therapists via emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and families through parent training, education, and customized home programs.

What We're Looking For
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's Degree is required
- 8-hour Supervision Training Completed
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a bonus
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
