Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at a reputable healthcare facility. This is an excellent opportunity to explore new locations while advancing your career in diagnostic imaging.

Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 01/05/2026
• Shift: 12-2230 Mon-Thur 40 hr/Call Requirement: 1 night/week
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Location: Overland Park, Kansas
• Weekly Pay: $2,606.00 Travel/ Local rate-$60.00 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations (e.g., abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, or cardiac as applicable)
• Accurately record images and preliminary findings for physician review
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and adhere to infection control standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

Requirements

• ARDMS certification (required)
• Active state license (if applicable)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ultrasound experience
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
