Responsibilities:
- General investigation of reported FMS issues (internal or from customer testing) and verification of the fixes integrated by the SW team
- Verification of problem fixes in one aircraft baseline across the rest of our aircraft baselines
- Systems Requirements updates, Test Plan authoring and execution for targeted must-fix problem reports
- ITAR program Joint Design and System Requirements development
- Investigation of backlog of In-Service Issues
- DO-178 Certification Document updates
Position Requirements:
- Flight Management Systems experience, NGFMS preferred
- Experience with integrated lab environments (for investigation of issues and testing of fixes)
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
