Job Description

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity exists for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a strong background in imaging to provide expert care within a reputable healthcare setting. This contract role offers a focused schedule and the chance to contribute to advanced diagnostic services that impact patient outcomes positively.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Schedule:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
One night of on-call duty per week
One weekend on-call rotation every 5 to 6 weeks

Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures with precision and care
Ensure patient preparation, positioning, and safety during imaging exams
Operate nuclear medicine equipment proficiently and handle radiopharmaceuticals safely
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic information
Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
