Location: Branchburg, NJ
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour DOE
Leading fragrance manufacturer located in Branchburg, NJ is in need of a QC Lab Technician to join the team!
The QC Technician is responsible for performing QC testing of incoming raw materials and customer project and finished product samples, providing administrative support of the SAP Quality Module and allied databases, coordinating analysis of ADHOC samples and communicating QC data to allied departments and outside customers.
Duties:
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Record data to ensure materials are in accordance to specifications.
- Maintain accurate, timely and efficient QC functionality in SAP QM and peripheral data management systems.
- Develop and issue product specifications, issue COAs and generate work lists / data reports / QC metrics.
- Maintain orderly electronic and hard copy files of analysis results, test methods, samples, specifications, metrics and allied paperwork.
- Effectively communicate sample test results to customers and allied departments (in person, electronically, or in written format).
- Assist other departments and members of the lab in their requests for systems support and test results
- Assist in troubleshooting instrumentation issues and production samples, as necessary.
Requirements:
- Relevant QC lab experience in manufacturing
