Job DescriptionAre you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a stable and rewarding career in the manufacturing industry? We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing product information and support to customers.
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping processes and resolve issues or cancellations
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage customer inventory levels.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Process and follow up on RMA activities, including returns and shipment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records by registering new part numbers in CRM and order processing systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong inventory management skills, including the ability to interpret forecasts and plan accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
