Overview
We are seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Loan Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process and solving their financial challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a quick thinking and adaptable approach to the lending process.
The candidate does not need to have an extensive mortgage background, they just need to follow suit to what has already been developed. We have what we call "champagne problems" - we have too many qualified leads to manage effectively.
The moment we show someone our lead generation, they immediately want to come on board. We just happen to be quite choosy. Culture fit is key.
This role is perfect for someone who is excellent on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound phone calls and texts with clients surrounding their current situation and how we can solve it.
- Able to think on the fly the solution for the client.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
