With a robust patient base developed over 15 years of outstanding service, the practice operates from a single location in Holmdel and collaborates with Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This reputable hospital system features women's health specialists and support from St. Barnabas residents. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking to join a growing practice in a prime location, offering a fulfilling career in various aspects of women's health.

• Collaboration with resident physicians from the St. Barnabas program.
• A well-established patient base cultivated over 15 years.
• Daily patient census of approximately 20-25.
• Flexible option to work a 4-day week.
• Opportunity to perform minimally invasive GYN surgeries in-office.
• Excellent work/life balance with call duties limited to 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month, which can be managed from home.
• Attractive compensation and benefits package.
• Starting with 4 weeks of vacation.
• Base salary of $300,000 plus bonuses.
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available.
• Partnership eligibility after 2 years of service.
