EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST PRN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employment Specialist provides direct vocational assessment, job development, and job coaching services to participants. The Employment Specialist will participate in identifying needed support to overcome barriers to employment. The foundation of all activities will focus on individual recovery through meaningful community participation, contribution, and membership.
Assist individuals with job tasks to ensure skill retention. Assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining community employment opportunities. Transport individuals to job sites. Assist individuals with job tasks to ensure skill retention (at the Job Site) Maintain detailed documentation of daily/employment activities using an online system. Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
