Student Loan Repayment:
This Registered Nurse (RN) role may qualify for our Student Loan Repayment Program, which assists in paying off your loans. Each month, an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) will help reduce your principal balance more quickly.
Shift begins at 7:15 AM, with a rotation of every 6th weekend/holiday/call; 72 hours over 2 weeks.

Overview of Responsibilities
As a nurse, you will provide care by:
- Administering patient care based on physician orders, sharing the nursing care plan with the healthcare team, and offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Creating nursing care plans by gathering medical histories, assessing patients, documenting their physical and psychological conditions, and collaborating with family members.
- Educating patients and their families about healthcare needs, medications, and self-care practices, while addressing any questions they may have.
- Assessing patient care by adhering to therapeutic standards, reviewing health outcomes, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols, medication management procedures, and legal regulations.
- Documenting all patient care activities in appropriate records.
- Maintaining patient care equipment by following operational guidelines and performing preventive maintenance.
- Managing inventory of patient care supplies by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Continuously improving nursing skills as directed by leadership.

Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, or Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from the Board of Nursing in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Education, Licenses/Certifications, or Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
