Community Kids Center is hiring a Part-Time Childcare Center Teacher Aide. This position will be scheduled for 16-20 hours per week and will require split shifts: 7:30am-9:30am & 2:30pm-5:30pm. Teacher Aides will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities, supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and outdoor activities, help develop social and emotional development through structured activities, provide a nurturing and safe environment, and work with other staff members in a positive manner.
Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting highly preferred. Candidates must be energetic, dependable, creative, passionate about children, have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
