Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Inpatient Pharmacist for a contracted assignment at a reputable hospital in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about inpatient care and has proven experience working with pediatric patients.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Colorado

• Assignment Type: Contract

• Schedule:6:30am - 3:00pm; every 3rd weekend

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to inpatient populations, with a strong focus on pediatric patients.

• Review, interpret, and verify physician orders and medication therapies for appropriateness.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.

• Educate patients and family members on medication therapy when necessary.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

• Must have hands-on experience in pediatrics.

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a travel/contract role.
