About the Role

We’re seeking a creative, community‑focused Marketing & Data Intern to support our outreach, communications, and engagement initiatives through a blend of storytelling and insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, social media, and using data to understand audiences and improve results, and who wants hands‑on experience applying analytics to real‑world marketing decisions.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team on projects ranging from community events and digital campaigns to analyzing member and audience data that informs messaging, channel strategy, and brand growth.

  • Social Media & Content Creation
  • Event Planning & Execution

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Community & Public Relations – with Marketing Manager
  • Customer & Member Insights
  • Marketing Strategy & Creative Support

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currentlypursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and comfortable working in afast‑pacedenvironment.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience withTeams, Asana,Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of analytics (social or web).
  • Photography or video skills.
  • Interestin community development, financial services, or nonprofit work.
